The boss made five changes for Tuesday’s 3-1 victory over MK Dons, with the likes of Steve Seddon and Cameron McGeehan rested.

Jackett could opt to rotate his side again ahead of the money-spinning FA Cup tie against Arsenal.

Ellis Harrison is set to undergo a late fitness test, although he’s expected to be involved in the match-day squad.

The striker is the only injury doubt, while Bryn Morris continues his rehabilitation for a long-term abdomen problem.

Rochdale team news

Aaron Wilbraham is pushing for a start at Fratton Park.

The veteran striker came off the bench to score in Rochdale's 2-1 loss against high-flying Coventry City last weekend.

Highly-rated midfielder Callum Camps also made his comeback from a groin injury in the Sky Blues reverse, while one-time Pompey target Jimmy Ryan is set to start.

However, Ollie Rathbone – who was linked with the Blues in January – has missed Rochdale’s past two games with a knee complaint.
