Ergun Kesgin, 40, of Haynes Drive, Edmonton, London, admitted cannabis drug-driving on December 16 last year in Herbert Street, Southsea.
Magistrates fined him £200 with a £32 surcharge and £85 costs.
Scott McClure, 37, of Andrew Close, Kingston, Fratton, admitted stealing five bottles of alcohol worth £252 from Sainsbury's in Hedge End on September 23 last year.

He admitted damaging an iPhone on the same day.
