Shortly after 11.40am on March 21, officers from Hampshire police received reports that a man had entered the Asda store in Waterlooville and began throwing and smashing a number of glass candles. It was later reported that at approximately 12.50pm the same day a man entered the Wilko store in Havant’s The Meridian Shopping Centre and threw various items around, including paint. Shelving was also pushed over, according to police.
Officers are investigating both incidents and now have an image of a man, seen in the area at the time, who they said they would like to speak to in connection with their enquiries.
